I think the most amusing take on this can be found in the first 90 seconds of this clip.

I interpret this as comedy, and it makes me laugh every time. Goggins however is no joke, and neither is Rogan. Whatever your opinion on these men they both embody an extreme obsession with self improvement and hard work.

Personally I listen to my body and mind. I know when to rest, and when to push. Sometimes I rest.
