If you could meet a historical figure, who would it be and why?
There are not very many historical figures I would want to meet. Its just not something that I obsess over. I can appreciate the hard work and ingenuity of those who have come before us, but I struggle to come up with even a single question to ask.
Out of simple utility I guess my default answer would be to choose a founder of a major religion. It seems that there is perpetual conflict over the interpretation of religious doctrine. Maybe a good fireside chat with one of the prophets would help clear things up for the billions of adherents who continue to fight over the correct way to do things.
Why would I choose this?
