What part of your routine do you always try to skip if you can?

Like most people my daily routine includes essential activities like hygiene, grooming, caloric intake, and exercise. I am fortunate to have a routine that I mostly look forewords to. Some activities are a hassle, but I know that they are important. Hence the reason they are in the routine.

If there is one single activity that I always want an out from it has to be cardio. There is something about extended periods of exertion that just make me yawn. I love to lift, stretch, and sprint, but the prospect of 20+ minutes on a treadmill or track has always been hard. Even the cold shower after hitting the sauna/steam room is an easier sell. Yea it hurts, but only for a minute.
